Nothing beats a mint condition Nintendo 64, but if your shell is all cracked and broken, the N64jr replacement shell for the Nintendo 64 is ready to step in. The N64jr supports stock, RGB Amp (Voultar), UltraHDMI HW2* and Gamebox Systems' 64HD** modified Nintendo 64 motherboards.
Each N64jr is assembled from 10+ 3D printed parts, nuts, bolts, rubber feet and a custom jewel from RockerGaming.

Notes on design and use (faq):
  • The N64jr‘s plastics are made from PETG rather than PLA. This gives the N64jr increased strength and heat tolerance over a typical 3D print. The N64jr, like the Nintendo 64, should still only be used in a well ventilated area.
  • *Because UltraHDMI HW2's FPGA rests directly against the interior wall of the N64jr, UltraHDMI HW2 users should utilize an active cooling solution. We offer a Nintendo 64 Noctua fan mount for this purpose.
  • **GameBox Systems 64HD is currently unreleased. Minor internal modifications to the shell and/or adjustments to the mounting bracket may be required if measurements change from the initial specs. An STL of that bracket can be found here.
  • Units designated as v1 do not have the HDMI port pre-cut and are more suited for stock or RGB modded motherboards.
  • The N64jr will accept the original OEM Nintendo 64 screws. You may order a compatible set from us.
  • When installing the motherboard, install the lower RF shield into the shell first. When removing the motherboard, remove the board first, then the RF. Do not try to install or remove both pieces simultaneously.
  • Do not over tighten screws as threads may become stripped. Tighten screws securing the motherboard only until the board is held snug, no more.
  • Nintendo 64 motherboard, AC adaptor, Expansion Pak and cartridges are not included.
