On-demand / Made To Order Items

Some products are On-Demand / made to order, meaning they are made once an order comes in. These items will be labelled as such on their product page. Please allow the allotted time listed on the product page as well as the typical 48hr handling time. If an On-demand / made to order item is already in the process of being made, it cannot be cancelled. On-Demand / made to order items aren't returnable or refundable. Please understand these items are technically custom made per order.

Backordered and Pre-ordered Products

Backordered items handling time may be up to 1-2 weeks or more. Please reach out to blueshell3d@gmail.com for questions on backordered items. For pre-orders, handling and shipping times will be listed on the product page.

Handmade Products

Most of our products are 3D printed and should be considered "handmade". Handmade products are unique and may not be considered visually perfect. There may be imperfections, nozzle marks, small tool/sand marks, or other small visual imperfections. We have very high standards for all of our products but due to the custom nature we can't guarantee perfection. However, this will never impact functionality.

"Visually Defective", "Defects", or "Defective" Discounted Products

We occasionally offer a discount on products that don't meet our visual quality control standards. Products sold as "visual defects", "visually defective", "defects" or any variation of the terminology, will always function as their non-visual defective counter parts. These items are sold as is and all sales are final.

Product appearance, prices, and specifications are subject to change without notice. This includes, but not limited to, newer versions of a product being released even after you've purchased an older version of that product.
