Shipping and return policy

Shipping Rates


We use flat rate shipping when possible. If a product is particularly heavy, this will be noted in the product descriptions, and you will see the additional cost added to your cart at checkout.


Shipping and Handling Time


We ship items Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Typical handling time for in stock items is 2-3 business days, for backordered items handling time may be up to 1-2 weeks or more. Please reach out to blueshell3d@gmail.com for questions on backordered items. For pre-orders, handling and shipping times will be listed on the product page.


Returns


If there is an issue with, or damage to your order, please email blueshell3d@gmail.com and we will do our best to make it right.

To return an item for refund:

  • A request  should be sent to blueshell3d@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable
  • We do not cover return shipping
  • A 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from the total refund.
  • Upon inspection and approval, we will process the refund to the original payment method.
  • Custom items are not returnable.
  • Return approvals are valid for 30 days upon being issued. If you do not ship the item(s) back within 30 days, the return is considered void and you will need to reach out to us again for another authorization. Orders returned after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee or denied all together.

   Reasons not covered by our return policy:

  • Broken or damage caused by installation error by you
  • Postage related issues (i.e. lost or stolen packages)
  • Minor imperfections or tool marks on products
  • "Made To Order" items
  • Discounted or sale items

   This is not a complete list but is provided for convenience


   Reasons for not getting all of your money back after we've received your return:

  • The returned product(s) is not in the condition it was sent in (i.e it is now broken or damaged)
  • The returned product(s) show signs of tampering
  • The returned product(s) don't have everything they were shipped out with (i.e. if a product shipped with cables and you fail to send those back)

   This is not a complete list but is provided for convenience


   We reserve the right to deny a return request.


Shipping to UK


Due to current VAT laws, we are no longer shipping directly to the UK. We may occasionally list items in our eBay store which can be shipped to the UK via eBay's Global Shipping Program.


Taxes, Duties, and Other Fees


Our prices are not reflective of any local taxes, duties, value-added taxes (VAT)s, or any other fees you may receive when your package arrives.

These additional costs are YOUR responsibility. Be aware of local import regulations and taxes before ordering.
